Montego Bay Singer Jah Ranks Glad to Perform for the Prime Minister

Latest Jamaica News, Montego Bay (McKoy’s News): Performing in front of Jamaica’s Prime Minister, Andrew Holness is just like winning a small Grammy for Montego Bay Singer, Renis Crawford, who goes by the stage name Jah Ranks. The veteran singer was the special guest artiste that was assigned to perform at the $8.4 Billion groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Rhyne Park Housing Development recently.

Jah Ranks entertained many government heads who were in attendance, and was pleased with his performance. “This is one of my biggest to date since in the music business more than a decade ago, and this just motivates me and can go on my resume. The next step is to perform at Reggae Sumfest to show the world how versatile I am.

Over the years, Jah Ranks songs have been getting rotations on some of our local radio stations. So far, he has released songs such as, False Start, Positive, Home Sweet Home, Reggae Explosion among others. In July 2019, he entered the Montego Bay leg of the big stage competition but never made it into the top three.
