Montego Bay: Police Release Identity of Man Murdered in Paradise Norwood

Jamaica Crime News, Montego Bay: Detectives attached to the Freeport Police Station in Montego Bay, St James, are still in search of two men, who they say chased a man in the community of Paradise Norwood, on Sunday, July 15th and stabbed him to death.

The deceased has been identified as Elvis Cunningham, 25-year-old laborer also of Paradise Norwood.
Reports by the Montego Hills police are that about 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, Cunningham was walking along a section of Paradise Norwood known as Capture Land when he was approached by two men armed with knives.

The men chased Cunningham along the roadway and stabbed him multiple times.  Cunningham ran into a nearby yard and collapsed, he died on the spot.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, they carried out the processing of the scene and the body was later transported to hospital where Cunningham was pronounced dead.
