Montego Bay – 2 Men Murdered, 2 Critical

Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – 2 Men Murdered, 2 Critical: Another double murder was recorded in Montego Bay on Sunday night, October 22, leaving two dead and two injured. The accident occurred at the traffic light intersection on the Flankers main road.

The victims have been identified as Daniel Angling, otherwise called Don, 24 years old, and Shawn Titus, otherwise called Blacks, 20 years old,  both of Corbett Drive in Flankers. Two other men, one 26 years old, and the other, 24 years old, are now in critical condition at the Cornwall Regional
Hospital.

Reports are that shortly after 9:30 pm on Sunday, all four men were travelling in a Silver Toyota Mark X motor car on the Flankers main road.

On reaching the Flankers traffic lights, the driver stopped on the Red light. As the vehicle came to a halt, another car pulled up alongside them, and men armed with high powered weapons jumped out and sprayed the Toyota Mark X with bullets.

2 Men Murdered: The crashed bullet-riddled silver Toyota Mark X motor car in which four men were travelling in Montego Bay on Sunday night when gunmen shot two of them to death and shot and injured two other passengers.

The two men who were travelling in the front of the car received gunshot wounds and died on the spot,  while a third occupant received gunshot wounds to his upper body. The fourth man managed to jump from the vehicle and fled the area on foot, but it is also believed that he received several gunshot wounds.

The police were alerted,  and upon their arrival, all three victims were rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where two were pronounced dead and the other admitted to intensive care.

Residents in the area have now joined the police in search of the fourth man who is believed to have also been shot before running from the car.
