Dead Men Found in St Elizabeth Bushes Upset Residents

St Elizabeth, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News)Dead Men Found in St Elizabeth Bushes: residents in the parish of St. Elizabeth expressed concerns after the search for a man missing since Thursday, uncovered two men found killed in the bushes of two separate communities in the parish.

The deceased is 31-year-old Leon Griffiths.

Griffiths was reported to the St. Elizabeth police as missing after he did not return home on Tuesday, January 9, after he left out with a group of men.

According to police reports, he was last seen at the border of the parishes of Manchester and St Elizabeth.

A motorcycle belonging to Griffiths was located on Thursday in the New Building community, in St. Elizabeth, which prompted a search for the missing man.

On Friday, January 12, the body of a man was found in the bushes, in New Building and identified as Griffiths.

During the search for the missing man, another man was found dead in the bushes, in Hodges district in the Black River, St Elizabeth on Thursday, January 11.

The dead man is identified as 40-year-old Omar Earle.

Reportedly, Earle is an ex-convict, recently released from prison after serving time for murder.
