Jamaica News: Two men have been arrested and charged with Illegal possession of firearm and ammunition and with the May 6,  2019 murder of 39-year-old Everald Kepple, otherwise called “Dila” of McCooks Pen, in St Catherine.
Facing charges are 25-year-old Shane Roberts, and 38-year-old year-old Gerardo Douglas, otherwise called “Randy” both of Mason River, in Clarendon and McCooks Pen, in St Catherine.
Reports by the police are that on Monday May 6, 2019, about 7:30 a.m., Kepple went to a shop in his community and was purchasing items, when he was attacked by Douglas, Roberts and another man.
The men opened fire hitting Kepple multiple times to his upper body before making their escape.
Following a series of investigations Douglas and Roberts were taken into custody and charged on the weekend. A third man is still being sought by the police in connection with the murder.
