Alabama,  USA (McKoy’s News): McKenzie Adams A 9-year-old girl committed suicide by hanging herself at her home in Linden, Alabama on December 3, according to reports.

The deceased has been identified as McKenzie Adams.

According to reports from Tuscaloosa News, the young girl’s relatives said she hanged herself at home and was found by her grandmother.

According to her family, Mckenzie who is a fourth-grader at US Jones Elementary School, had been a victim of bullying since the start of the school year and it is alleged that it all started because of her friendship with a white male classmate.

Eddwina Harris, McKenzie’s aunt related that the students provoked McKenzie by telling her to commit suicide.

“She was being bullied the entire school year, with words such as ‘kill yourself,’ ‘you think you’re white because you ride with that white boy,’ ‘you ugly,’ ‘black bitch,’ ‘just die,’ said Harris.

“There are so many voiceless kids,” Harris said. “God is opening great doors for justice for my niece.”

Harris said she wants to promote anti-bullying by speaking out about her niece’s death.
