Jamaica Crime News: May Pen Massacre, 3 Killed – The May Pen police in the parish of Clarendon say they have now launched a full-scale investigation into the shooting death of three men, including two brothers, along Chapelton Road in the parish on Thursday night, February 28.
Those killed have been identified as 27-year-old Jerome Williams and his brother Calvin Williams, 25, both of Comfort district in Clarendon, and 41-year-old Bartholomew Blair, of Barton district in Clarendon.
Reports by the May Pen police are that about 8:30 p.m., on Thursday, a resident alerted the police after hearing gunshots being fired at a section of Chapelton.
The lawmen rushed to the area, and upon their arrival, they came upon a parked vehicle with two men suffering from gunshot wounds on the inside of the vehicle.
Further checks led to the discovery of another man who was lying on the roadway beside the car, he too was suffering from gunshot wounds.
The scene was processed and all three victims who were later identified to be the Williams brothers and Blair were transported to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.
