Brazil Crime News: Massacre in Brazil Bar – Six women and five men are left dead and one person wounded after gunmen entered a Brazilian bar and sprayed the business establishment with bullets.
According to media reports, the gang, which involves seven men, arrived at a bar in Belém city in Brazil’s northern Pará state in three cars and a motorcycle and fired a barrage of bullets killing 11 persons and wounding one in the process.
It is said that the State officials gave no details of the incident but confirmed that a massacre occurred.
It is also understood that State communications officials are very tight-lipped at this moment but investigations into the matter are ongoing.
In late March, the federal government sent National Guard troops to Belém to strengthen security in the city for 90 days.
