Mannings High Student Murdered in Westmoreland

Jamaica Crime News, Westmoreland: 16-year-old Shamar Tomlinson was shot and killed by a group of armed men at his home in Crowder district, in Grange Hill,  Westmoreland on Monday morning,  September 17.

Reports by the Morgan’s Bridge Police are that about 2:40 a.m. on Monday,  Shamar was in his bed when a group of armed men kicked open the front door to the house.

Shamar was chased by the men to the outside of the house and held by the men.

He was shot multiple times in his upper body and died on the spot.

Shamar was a 5th form student at the Mannings High School and his father Derrick Tomlinson told our news team that his son was well-behaved and did not deserve to die in this manner.
