Jamaica Crime News, Manchester: The Manchester Police are currently investigating the murder of a female who’s body was found inside an igloo along the Winston Jones Highway in Manchester on Tuesday morning.
Reports are that the police discovered the body around 1:25 a.m. during a patrol in the area. It is further understood that the mobile team saw a grey Toyota Starlet motorcar parked on the roadway with the front doors open.
The vehicle was searched and a female’s body, with its throat slashed, was discovered wrapped in a sheet inside an igloo on the backseat.
Detectives assigned to the Manchester CIB processed the scene and the body was removed to the morgue pending identification and post-mortem examination.
According to police, the victim is of brown complexion, medium built, about 168 centimetres (5 feet 6 inches) long, with tall, natural hair and appears to be in her late 20s.
