Jamaica Crime News, Montego Bay: The Barnett Street police are now carrying out investigations, surrounding the shooting death of a man in the People’s Arcade in Montego Bay, St James on Tuesday morning, March 5.
The investigators say he has been identified as Christopher Wilson of a Flankers address.
Reports are that shortly after 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, commuters alerted the police after hearing gunshots being fired in the People’s Arcade located in the vicinity of the Montego Bay Transport Centre.
The police rushed to the location and upon their arrival, Wilson was discovered lying between two shops, in a pool of blood.
Closer observation by the police revealed that Wilson had been shot multiple times. The scene was processed and the victim transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
