Jamaica Crime News, Clarendon: An unidentified man was shot and killed by unknown assailants at a section of the May Pen market in Clarendon on Monday evening, November 5.

The deceased who sports a dreadlocks hairstyle, is said to be of dark complexion, medium built ,about 5ft -7ins tall and was clad in a grey T-Shirt and Khaki shorts.

Reports by the May Pen police are that about 6:15 p.m., residents in the marketplace summoned the police after a group of armed men were seen opening fire on the victim.

Shotgun Seized in Grant’s Pen

The police drove to the market and upon arrival, they stumbled upon the body of the unidentified male, which was lying face down in a pool of blood, with multiple gunshot wounds to his head.

The scene was processed and the victim transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
