The Kingston police have confirmed that a man was shot and killed by unknown assailants during a drive-by shooting along Nelson Road in Kingston 13, on Tuesday night, March 29.
The police have not yet released the identity of the victim, but related that the incident took place somewhere in the regions of 9:15 pm.
Reports are that the now-deceased was walking along a section of Nelson Road, when a motor vehicle drove up and the occupants of the vehicle opened fire hitting him multiple times.
The police were summoned and upon arrival, the now-deceased was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
