Jamaica News, Clarendon: The police in the parish of Clarendon have not yet released the identity of a man who lost his life in a fire, which completely destroyed his house in Bloomwell district, in Clarendon on Wednesday, February 13.
Reports reaching our news team are that on Wednesday morning, residents living in Bloomwell district raised an alarm after fire was seen coming from a section of the victim’s house.
The fire department and police were summoned, but on the arrival of the firemen, the house was already engulfed into flames so they could only manage to carry out cooling down operations.
A search was later carried our of the burnt rubble, which resulted in the charred remains of the victim being found.
