Jamaica News: Davin Reid, who has been accused of the murder of 31 year-old Marlon Robinson of Joan Avenue, Glendevon in St. James, is to return to court on July 6.
Reid was given his new court date when his case was mentioned in the St. James Circuit Court last week.
Allegations are that on November 27, 2017 about 7:30 am, Robinson and his friend were having a conversation when they observed Reid approaching them with a firearm.
The two men ran and Reid gave chase. Whilst they were being pursued, the other man hid but Robinson kept running and Reid caught up with him and shot him, killing him.
Following investigations, Reid was later arrested and charged.
