Latest Jamaica News, St Andrew (McKoy’s News): One man was shot and killed by unknown assailants along Red Hills Road, in Kingston 10, on Wednesday, August 14.
The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Jevaughny Henriques, Welder of Red Hills Road.
Reports by the Half-Way Tree police are that about 1:20 a.m., residents heard loud explosions which sounded like gunshots and reported the matter to the police.
Upon their arrival they found Henriques lying along a section of the roadway in a pool of blood, with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
