Man Murdered In Paradise Norwood

Jamaica Crime News: Detectives attached to the Freeport police station in Montego Bay St James are presently still at a scene in Paradise Norwood where a man was chased by a group of armed men and shot to death on Sunday July 15th.

The investigators also stated that they are unable to release the name of the deceased at this early time.

Reports by the police are that, about 10:00am, the deceased was walking along a section of Paradise Norwood known as Capture Land.

He was the approached by two men armed with handguns who chased him and shot him multiple times. The wounded man ran into a nearby yard and collapsed and died on the spot.

The police were summoned and upon arrival they carried out the processing of the scene.
