Man found Unconscious in Gully

St.James, Montego Bay (Mckoys News)- Man found Unconscious: The Freeport police in Montego Bay , are now asking members of the public for their assistance to identify a man who was discovered in an unconscious state, in a gully along the Salt Spring main road on Wednesday morning.

Reports are that shortly after 8:00 am on Wednesday, November 8, the police were alerted by residents in the area, that a man who appeared to be dead, was seen lying in the gully.

The police rushed to the area, and upon reaching a section of the gully near Tulloch’s Welding Shop, the unidentified man was seen lying motionless in a  gully, which is constructed for drainage, to carry rain water  to the open sea.

One officer mentioned that the victim, who is believed to be in his late forties to early fifties, could have been attacked and left there for dead.

Following investigations a medical team from the Cornwall Regional Hospital were summoned, and the unidentified man taken to hospital.
