Jamaica Crime News: The Anchovy and Cambridge police are carrying out investigations surrounding the shooting death of a man, in Marl Road, Montpellier in St James, between Sunday night into Monday morning, September 30.
The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old Orlando Henningham, also of Marl Road.
Reports by the police are that about about 11:30 p.m., on Sunday residents reported hearing gunshots coming from the community.
Henningham was not heard from or seen the entire Monday morning, so residents went in search of him, and about 6:00 p.m., yesterday they stumbled upon his lifeless body inside his one apartment board dwelling house, and summoned the police.
Upon the arrival of the lawmen, the deceased was found lying on the floor of the house with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue for post mortem examination.
