Jamaica Crime News, St Catherine: A St Catherine man lost his life after he was accidentally electrocuted by the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPSco) high tension wires, in his community on Sunday, November 18.

Dead is Carl Dunn, 27-year-old laborer of Lucky Valley district in Riverdale, St Catherine.

Reports by the police are that about 12:40 p.m. on Sunday, Dunn was cutting the branches from a tree in Lucky Valley district, when it got entangled with the JPSco high tension wires.

Dunn was electrocuted and received major burns to his body.

He was later transported to hospital by residents in his community, where he was pronounced dead.
