Jamaica News: A St. James man who is reported to have denied giving a statement to a police officer, after reporting a case of wounding intent against another man, was ordered to reappear before the St. James Parish Court on June 3 when his matter came u for mention last week.
It is alleged that sometime in 2012, Dalton Gordon went to the police and reported that he was shot in the belly by another man. The man was on the run and was not arrested until sometime in 2014 and charged with wounding with intent.
Gordon later told the police that he did not give the investigating officer a statement, which resulted in him being charged.
