Jamaica Crime News: The St Ann’s Bay police say they are now in search of a man who is wanted for questioning in connection with the chopping death of another man in the parish on Wednesday night of July 11th.

Dead is Damian Haye otherwise called ‘Squire’ 40 year old, laborer of Heartland Avenue also in the parish.

Reports by the St Ann’s Bay police are that, shortly after 10:30pm on Wednesday, residents living in Heartland district informed them that they heard shouts for help coming from the directions of Haye’s home.

The lawmen drove to the scene and upon arrival it was discovered that someone forced their way inside the house. Further investigation led to the discovery of Haye’s mutilated body which was seen lying in the bed with multiple chop wounds.

Haye was transported to the St Ann’s Bay hospital where he was pronounced dead.
