St. James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Lilliput Man wanted: the St James police are now asking members of the public for their assistance in apprehending a man in connection with the stabbing death of another man in Lilliput on Monday night, April 17.

The suspect has been identified as Renaldo Garwood, otherwise called Shawn of Long Bay and he is wanted for the stabbing murder of Nicholas Cummings, otherwise called Fross Man, 28-year-old laborer also of Long Bay.

Mckoy’s News reporter learned that both men have been locked in an ongoing feud allegedly because Garwood have been allegedly constantly beating his girlfriend, who is the niece of Cummings.

Last week both men got involved in a physical confrontation over the said argument where it is reported that Garwood was given a beating by Cummings.

On Monday about 7:30 pm Cummings and some friends were  standing along a section of the Lilliput main road in the vicinity of Wicker Bar when Garwood walked past. Immediately an argument developed that he was the man that was given a beating by Cummings several days before – Garwood got in a rage and walked away.

He returned shortly with a knife and he grabbed hold of Cummings and stabbed him several times all over his body.

He then walked away from the scene and is now being searched for by police.

The Barrett Town Police were summoned and upon arrival the wounded man was rushed to the Falmouth Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
