Jamaica News, April 4, 2018 – Licensed Firearm Stolen in St Andrew

St Andrew, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The Half Way Tree Police have now launched an investigation surrounding the theft of a licensed firearm from the home of a businessman in the area on Friday, March 31.

Reports by the Half Way Tree Police are that, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Friday, the businessman who resides at Zaidie Gardens left his home and went jogging.

Upon his return, he noticed that the lock to the front door of the house was tampered with and the house was broken into.

The businessman alerted the police and upon arrival, a search of the house revealed that a laptop along with cash and his licensed firearm was stolen.
