Kingston, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) — LASCO Top Cop 2017: A Corporal of the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) was announced on Monday, April 24 as the LASCO Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Police Officer of the Year 2017-2018.
Corporal Stokely Fagan received the LASCO Top Cop Trophy along with a J$250,000 cash prize. The Corporal started his working career in Customer Service at Accent Marketing Jamaica and Clara Jamaica Limited. He has served with the JCF for six (6) years.
The first runner to the Police Officer of the Year 2017-2018, Constable Hilette Virgo, who serves within the St James Division, received a J$200,000 award, while Constable Michael Hutchinson of the Mobile Reserve Division became the second runner-up and took home J$100,000.
Corporal Fagan who has over six years of service with the JCF actually began his career in Communication and Customer Service companies such as Accent Marketing Jamaica Limited and Claro Jamaica Limited.
