Jamaica News: The Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) will host its annual Christmas Tree-Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, December 20.

The function is slated for St. William Grant Park, downtown Kingston, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Guests are being asked to be seated by 5:45 p.m.

Minister Grange Hails JFF’s Welfare Fund for Former Players

During the ceremony, Kingston’s Mayor, Senator Councillor Delroy Williams, will present Keys to the City to the Tivoli Dance Troupe, Stella Maris Dance Ensemble, and the National Dance Theatre Company.

The proceedings will commence with a civic ceremony, to be followed by a concert featuring various cultural and gospel artistes, including Jermaine Edwards and Wayne Marshall as well as budding talents from communities neighbouring the Park.

The ceremony and concert are free to the public.
