Kingston Police Seeking Public Assistance to Identify Murdered Victim

Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: The Half Way Tree Police in Kingston are now asking members of the public for their assistance, to identify a man who was shot and killed by unknown assailants in the area on Friday Night of July 13th.

Another man who was also shot and injured during the attack still remains at hospital in serious but stable condition.

The deceased is of brown complexion, slim built and about 5ft 8ins tall. He was clad in a multicolored Merino, black jeans pants and a pair of beige shoes.

May Pen Police Seeking Assistance to Identify Murdered Victim 

Reports by the Half Way Tree Police are that, shortly after 8:30 pm, both men were among a group of persons standing along a section of Escarpment Road in Kingston 6, when a motor vehicle with a group of men on board drove up.

The men brandished handguns and opened fire hitting the two men. The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded men were transported to hospital where the unidentified man was pronounced dead and the other victim admitted in serious condition.
