Kingston Police Investigates Murder of 16-year-old Boy

Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: The Hunts Bay police have now commenced a full investigation into the death of a16-year-old boy, who was discovered shot to death at a section of Seaview Gardens, on Saturday, March 23.

The slain teenager has been identified as Phillip Palmer of Phase 2 in Seaview Gardens, Kingston 11.

Reports by the Hunts Bay police are that about 6:40 p.m., on Saturday, residents in the community heard gunshots being fired in the area, and went to investigate.

They then discovered Phillip’s body lying in a pool of blood along the roadway, and summoned the police.

Upon the arrival of the lawmen, the scene was processed and it was discovered that Phillip had multiple gunshot wounds to his head.
