Kingston Mason Charged for Wounding

Latest Jamaica News, Kingston(McKoy’s News): Kingston Mason Charged  – Sixty-year-old Bertham Lewis, a mason of Highlight View, Kingston 6, was charged with wounding with intent on Sunday, March 8, after he used a machete to chop another man during a dispute.

Reports by the Papine police are that about 10:15 a.m., on Monday, March 1, Lewis had an altercation with another man in his community during which he used a machete to inflict chop wound to the victim’s upper body.

The wounded man was rushed to hospital and was treated and admitted, in serious condition.

The police was also informed of the incident and following an investigation, Lewis was arrested and charged.
