Kingston Man Slapped with Multiple Breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act
Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: A 29-year-old businessman who hails from Kingston 7, is booked to appear in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Thursday, July 26, to answer to multiple drug charges.
The accused has been identified as, Noval Clarke, he has been charged with Possession of Ganja, Dealing in Ganja and Taking Steps Preparatory to Export Ganja. Clarke is also facing charges of Possession of Cocaine, Attempting to Export Cocaine and Conspiracy to Export Cocaine.
Investigators reported that on March 29, 2018, during the Easter period, Clarke shipped a quantity of Spice buns to an address in London, England. The buns arose suspicions and were later found to contain several packages of ganja, weighing over 2 pounds.

Clarke was immediately placed under the police radar, and again in April 3rd, Clarke made another shipment. On this occasion, the accused shipped savoury products to an address in New York, USA. The products were again searched and found to contain a quantity of Cocaine.
Following investigations, Naval Clarke was taken into custody on July 19 and later interviewed in the presence of his lawyer. He was officially charged on Saturday, July 21.
