JDF Soldier Arrested in ‘One Don Gang’ Investigation

Latest Jamaica News: Investigators attached to the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigations Branch (C-TOC), say they have arrested a Jamaica Defence force soldier in connection with the ongoing investigation surrounding the ‘ One Don Gang’.

Acting Deputy Commissioner of police in Charge of Crime and Security, Fitz Bailey, last week disclosed that 24 alleged members of the ‘One Don Gang’ have been charged for several offences under the criminal justice system.

Seventeen of the gang members appeared in court last Thursday, but the Investigators only presented documents for ten of the accused.

Justice Pusey, ordered that the prisoners be removed from the courtroom, until the files were completed. He ordered that they be brought back to court on July 30.
