Jamaica News: Renowned media personnel, Janet Silvera, of the Gleaner Company, paid a visit to injured, freelance media reporter Alan Lewin.
Miss Silvera presented Lewin with a cheque to help with some of his medical expenses that he now incurred after three young ladies attempted to kill him at the Montego Bay Courthouse on June 1.
While in the hospital, Miss Silvera kept checking up on lewin’s progress and his wellbeing. Lewin was attacked and stabbed multiple times and admitted to the Falmouth Hospital where he spent five days in critical condition.
Several of his fans and media personnel prayed for his speedy recovery. Moreover, several churches in Montego Bay prayed for his life to be speared.
“I want to thank Miss Silvera and Albert Ferguson for their visit, and this shows that there are still good heart people left in Jamaica” stated Mr Lewin.
