Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – A flood warning is being issued by the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) in association with the Metropolitan Service of Jamaica to be careful on the roads.
Motorists and pedestrians are being asked to avoid flood prone areas, as many corridors and roadways are inundated with flood waters.
The metropolitan Service of Jamaica website, have also shown an update on the weather forecast with scattered showers and thunderstorms across most parishes in the afternoon, followed by partly cloudy with lingering showers.
The Office of Disaster Preparedness Emergency Management (ODPEM), have also issued a stern warning on its website, that persons use the facilities made available for shelter during hurricane.
