The Institute of Vocational and Professional Training/IVPT, formerly the Spring Village Development Foundation will offer a fleet of new programmes come September 2018 in conjunction with a 30-year veteran in Health, Education and Counselling Institute/HECOIN. 

The programmes will be mainly ONLINE and will be based at the IVPT Head Office, Spring Village, Bushy Park, St Catherine, Jamaica West Indies.

The two educational institutions, spanning over 50 years combined, have realized that education globally requires an online platform and have worked together to make this a reality which caters to Grade 3 students to Ph.D. candidates.  Some programmes require NO CSEC passes.
