Investigations Started in the Charles Gordon Market Administration

Henry Bucknor Mckoy's News Crime Investigator

Jamaica News, March 2, 2018 – Charles Gordon Market Administration

Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Our news team has learnt that an investigation has now been ordered into the Charles Gordon Market Administration and the daily functions of the Market Warders.

A source close to the market team related that the investigation comes under the supervision of the Mayor, His Worship Homer Davis. This investigation comes just days after angry vendors complained to the Mayor and the Minister of National Security, Robert Montague that they are paying money to warders at the market in order for them to sell their produce outside the market.

On Saturday morning members of the security forces made several attempts to remove the vendors back inside the market place but the angry vendors stood their ground and told the Security Minister and Mayor that they have paid their monies to warders to sell on the outside.

These statements came as a shock to the touring party and the Mayor immediately promised to have a full investigation carried out as quickly as possible.  He further stated that if this proves to be true, the contracts of those involved will be terminated immediately.
