Jamaica Crime News, St Andrew: One illegal firearm and several rounds of ammunition, were seized along sections of Molynes Road, in St. Andrew, on Tuesday, April 9.
No one was arrested in connection with the seizure.
Reports by the police are that about 11:40 p.m., a joint military operation was carried out at a section of Molynes Road known as, Ackee Walk.
During the operation, a premises was searched and the lawmen seized one Ruger semi-automatic pistol, fitted with a magazine containing eighteen live rounds.
