Kingston (Mckoy’s News) High Speed Chase: On Thursday (September 7, 2017) night, three men who carried out a robbery on Drews Avenue in Kingston, were arrested after police gave chase to their Toyota Corolla in which they had escaped.

Reports are that at about 7:40 p.m., four men carrying guns held up a woman on Drews Avenue and stole her Suzuki Swift motor vehicle.

Police officers in the area went in hot pursuit of the suspects, but the men eluded the cops in Patrick City. The robbers were later seen in a Toyota Corolla by other officers near Molynes Road and were ordered to stop.

The driver ignored the order to stop, which led police on a high speed chase from Molynes Road to Mannings Hill Road before stopping at a gas station there. One of the men opened fire on the cops before running from the vehicle and the other three occupants have been held for questioning.
