Hanover, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Trelawny Man Been Sought for Hanover Shooting: The Lucea police in Hanover have reported that they are now in search of one man in connection with a shooting and wounding incident in Williams Field in the parish on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

The police say the accused,  Marvin Strathon, otherwise called Jaza, is believed to be from the parish of Trelawny but resides in Williams Field in Hanover.

He is being sought for Wounding and Shooting with Intent.

Reports are that about 10:30 am on Tuesday, Strathon and another man got involved in an argument in Williams Field when he reportedly brandished an illegal firearm and fired several shots hitting the victim.

Strathon then escaped in the area while the wounded man was transported to the Noel Holmes Hospital where he was treated and admitted.

The police say they are now asking members of the public with any information that could lead to the arrest of this man to immediately call Operation King Fish, Crime Stop, 119 or the Lucea CIB at 956-2304.
