The Hanover police say they are now in search of two men who are behind the shooting death of a female, and the shooting and wounding of her boyfriend at their home in Lances Bay, Hanover on Sunday afternoon, February 24.
The dead woman has been identified as 24-year-old Keneisha Kerr, while the 28-year-old boyfriend is presently at the hospital in serious condition.
The police say they are now hot on. The trail of two male suspects in connection to this murder shooting, but they are unable to release any names at this time.
Reports by the Lucea police are that shortly after 4:00 p.m., on Sunday Kerr and her common-law husband, were at their home in Lances Bay, when two men rode to the yard on a motorcycle.
The gunmen opened fire hitting male who managed to run from the yard and hide in bushes.
The armed men then went inside the house and opened fire hitting the female multiple times to her upper body, before escaping on the waiting motorcycle.
The Lucea police were summoned and upon their arrival, the male was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds and the female shot to death inside the house.
