Jamaica News, April 3, 2018 – Motorcyclist Succumb to Accident Injuries at Hospital

Hanover, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – A motorcyclist who hails from the parish of Hanover succumbed at the Noel Holmes hospital to injuries he received in a motor vehicle accident, which occurred along a section of the Johnson Town area in Lucea.

The victim has been identified as Demar Baker of Prosper District also in Lucea.

Reports by the police are that, shortly after 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 27, Baker was riding his motorcycle along a section of the Johnson Town main road, when he collided with a truck which was traveling in the opposite direction while overtaking a parked vehicle. Baker was hit from the motorcycle and sustained head injuries.

He was transported to the Noel Holmes hospital where he was treated and admitted. Baker succumb to injuries at hospital few days later on the Easter weekend.
