Jamaica Breaking News, Westmoreland: Seven persons including two babies were shot and killed as gunmen went on a rampage in the Grange Hill area of Westmoreland on Tuesday morning into Tuesday night.
Those shot and killed have been identified as, Odane Drummond, otherwise called “Ziggy” of Sterling District, Nadine Rowe and her two-year-old child Nicoy Bourne, Sheldon Morgan Snr. and his 2-year-old son Sheldon Morgan Jr., both of Sterling District, Tristan Brown, 22-year-old unemployed of Top Lincoln District and 21-year-old Jayon Myers.
Reports are that gunmen travelling in a Silver motor car drove into the Sterling community shortly after 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday and opened fire on a number of persons.

When the men left the area, Drummond along with a female clothes vendor and three other male were found suffering from gunshot wounds.
They were all rushed to the Savanna-la-mar hospital where Drummond was pronounced dead and the other four victims admitted in serious condition.
Gunmen struck again about 8:30 p.m. in the said community where they went to the home of the female Nadine Rowe and shot her to death along with her 2-year-old son.
The armed men did not stop there, they went to another section of the community and opened fire on Morgan and his son, killing them on the spot.
The gunmen then drove to the adjoining community called Top Lincoln, where they opened fire on another group of persons at a shop killing Brown, and shooting and injuring another man.
There is now a large contingency of joint military force now deployed throughout the Grange Hill area. The police say these spate of attacks and murders are now resulting from an ongoing gang warfare between men from the communities.
