A team of officers from the St Catherine South Police Division seized a firearm and 10 rounds of ammunition in Hamilton Gardens, Gregory Park in St Catherine.
According to Portmore Police, at approximately 8:45 p.m., lawmen were in the vicinity when a premises was searched and one 9mm Desert Eagle with a magazine containing ten rounds of ammo was discovered.
No one was arrested in connection to this seizure.
