Jamaica Crime News, St Thomas: The St Thomas police are now carrying out investigations surrounding the shooting death of a female Sales Representative at her home in Alexander Park, St Thomas on Friday morning, November 16.
The dead woman has been identified as Nadine Brown, 46-year-old of Edward Road in Alexander Park, St Thomas.
Reports by the St Thomas Police are that shortly after 6:00 a.m. on Friday, Brown was at her home, when she was pounced upon by a lone gunman, who forced his way inside her house.
Brown was shot several times by the gunman, who later made his escape in the area.
Residents in the area overheard the explosions and alerted the police. Upon the arrival of the lawmen, the female sales representative was found lying on the floor in a pool of blood, with multiple gunshot wounds to her upper body.
The scene was processed and Brown was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
