Farmer Dies after Falling From the Back of Motorcycle

Latest Jamaica News, St Andrew (McKoy’s News): Twenty-one-year-old Omar Bernard, a farmer of Hall Delight district in Mavis Bank, St Andrew, died from injuries he sustained after he fell from the back of a motorcycle along the Content main road in the parish on Thursday, November 7.

Reports by the Mavis Bank police are that about 5:00 p.m., Bernard was travelling as a pillion on a motorcycle, when the handle of the bike reportedly hit a pedestrian, causing Bernard to fall to the ground.

He was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead whilst being treated.
