Keneil Anderson Shot to Death in Glendevon, St James

Latest Jamaica News, St James (McKoy’s News): Electrician Shot to Death A man who reportedly went to visit his father at a section of Glendevon community, in Montego Bay, St James, was shot and killed by gunmen on Saturday afternoon, August 17.

He has been identified as 24-year-old Keneil Anderson, an electrician of Tangle River district,  in the Spring Mount policing area of the parish.

Reports by the police are that about 2:15 p.m., Anderson left his home in Tangle River to visit his father in Glendevon.

On reaching a section of Rough Road, he was approached by a group of armed men who shot him multiple times. The police were summoned and upon their arrival, Anderson was discovered lying in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.

He was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Since the start of the year, a total of 82 persons have been killed in the parish of St James.
