Elderly Man Killed in Trelawny Freak Accident

Jamaica News, Trelawny: An elderly man lost his life in a freak accident which occurred along a section of Peel Street, in Falmouth, Trelawny on Tuesday, June 11.

The deceased has been identified as 75-year-old, Mannasie Hall, also of Peel Street

Reports by the Falmouth police are that about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Hall was riding his bicycle along a section of Peel Street.

On reaching a section of the roadway, the driver of a Nissan AD Wagon motor car lost control of the vehicle which slammed into a section of a bridge, and overturned on top of Mr. Hall.

After being trapped underneath the vehicle for some time, Hall was pulled free and rushed to the Falmouth hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
