Dr. Colin Jarrett New Love 101 FM Host

Kingston, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- Dr. Colin Jarrett New Love 101 FM Host: Well-known News Editor, Reporter, and Educator Dr. Colin O. Jarrett will be the new host of a top-rated radio talk-show programme on LOVE 101FM.

The Morning Watch/TMW” aired Tuesday-Thursday on the leading Gospel Radio Station in Jamaica, is a current affair and educational morning discussion programme covering a variety of issues that fit into the framework of being controversial, moral and ethical in nature.  The new host will begin on Tuesday, September 26, 7AM-8AM.

Dr. Jarrett brings to the airwaves several years in media, education, educational administration and theatre arts having been a news editor, news reporter and sometimes news presenter at LOVE 101FM for over 25 years.  In 1990-1991, Dr. Jarrett hosted the Consumer Alert programme; sponsored by the National Consumers’ League on RJR and has been a News Columnist with McKoys News for close to 12 months.

Dr. Jarrett is currently the President and CEO of Health, Education, and Counselling Institute/HECOIN; an international flagship training institution in Jamaica and is a member at the East Queen Street Baptist Church in Kingston.

LOVE 101FM has been placed #4 out of 30 plus radio stations on the latest All Media Survey; just .1 away from number 3 position and is the #1 leading Gospel radio station in Jamaica.

 

“The Morning Watch” reviews based on latest All Media Survey are:

Number 3 between 7 AM and 8 AM on Tuesdays with an average of 70,000 listeners

Number 4 between 7 AM and 8 AM on Wednesdays, tied with Mello FM with an average of 32,000 listeners and

Number 4 between 7 AM and 8 AM on Thursdays, holding strong with an average of 57,000 listeners.

 

Dr. Jarrett’s interesting personality is expected to build the listenership at the Christian station with its balanced programme offerings.
