Double Murder in Spanish Town

Latest Jamaica News, St Catherine: Two men were shot and killed, and another shot and injured, while they were at a party in Lime Tree Grove, in Spanish Town, St Catherine, on Sunday morning, July 14.

The dead men have been identified as 24-year-old Junior Hutchinson, otherwise called “Buju” labourer of Quarry Hill, Spanish Town, and 23-year-old Winston Campbell, otherwise called “Quenga” mechanic of Faith Pen in St Ann, and Quarry Hill, St Catherine.

Reports are that all three victims were among a group of men at a party which was being held at Lime Tree Grove when they were ambushed by armed men.

The gunmen opened fire hitting all three victims before making an escape. The police were summoned and upon their arrival, the wounded men were rushed to hospital where Campbell and Hutchinson were pronounced dead, and the other man admitted.
