Two men lost their lives as a result of injuries they sustained in a motorcycle accident accident, which occurred along a section of the Prospect main road in Westmoreland, on Saturday, November 3rd.
Both victims have been identified as 29 year old, Tean Collins ,hotel worker of Church Lincoln district, and 29 year old, Kerol Bernard, unemployed of Prospect district.
Reports by the Frome police are that about 10:45am, on Saturday, Collins was riding a motorcycle along the Prospect main road in Westmoreland, when he attempted to overtake a parked motor truck.
While in the process of overtaking the truck, Collins lost control of the motorcycle, which collided head-on into the other motorcycle which was heading in the opposite direction, and which was being driven by Bernard.
Both men sustained head and body injuries, and were transported to the Savannah la mar hospital, where they were both pronounced dead.
