Diddy Shot and Killed in Kingston, 13-year-old Shot and Injured
Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: One man was shot and killed while two other persons, including a 13-year-old boy shot and injured by gunmen in Kingston 11 on Sunday, June 17, 2018.
The deceased has been identified as, Kemar Williams, otherwise called “Diddy” 29-year-old laborer of Greenwich Road in Kingston 5. Both the teenage boy and the other male victim have since been admitted to hospital in serious, but stable condition.
Reports by the Hunts Bay Police are that about 12:15 a.m., the two wounded victims were standing among a group of persons at the intersection of York Avenue and Mahoe Drive in Kingston when they were attacked by armed men on foot.
The men opened fire hitting all three victims to their upper bodies before fleeing the scene.
The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded victims were transported to hospital where Williams was pronounced dead. The 13-year-old boy and the other male were admitted in serious condition.
